GDL provides cutting edge oil and
gas software. Our fast workstations are loaded with Seismic
Micro-Technology's 2D/3D Pak for seismic interpretation and GeoGraphix's Discovery
Suite including GESXplorer, SeisVision and Prizm for seismic, data and
mapping solutions.
Our 36" Contex scanner is ideal for quick and easy scanning of maps
and logs. A full suite of Neurolog applications, including NeuraMap,
NeuraSection and NeuraLog can be used to digitize scanned logs and maps
for use in those applications or exported for use in SMT, GeoGraphix or
other applications.
GDL is committed to always offering the best and most up-to-date data

Hardware and software
GDL has up-to-date hardware and
software for the use of its members. Usage is on an hourly basis at rates
far below industry rates - $10 per hour. GDL recommends
training at North Harris College, Tomball College or through the vendors
with actual work usage at our professional location.
To stay current geoscientists of varied specialty must be able to use
these applications but many could not justify the high front-end costs of
acquiring the varied hardware and software. That is no longer a
