GDL Hardware

GDL  has many computers, microfiche machines and other hardware for use in reading or analyzing data throughout its facilities. In addition, its private workstation areas contain the following hardware:

• A commercial 36" Contex model FSS 4300 Full Scale Scanner designed for rapid scanning of logs, maps and other hardcopy data.
• Two powerful state-of-the-art workstations with dual 21" NEC Flat Panel Monitors, tape drives and fast HP Read-Write CD drives for use with SMT 2D/3D Pak and GeoGraphix Discovery.
• Two additional workstations with single large monitors and CDRW's are for use with the scanner and Neuralog applications.
